Stampath Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 24, 2026

Stampath ("Stampath", "the App", "we", "us") is a free mobile app that helps international travelers in Japan find the nearest public trash can (garbage bin) or convenience store (konbini) where they can dispose of trash, and provides a "Survival Guide" of local etiquette tips. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Stampath does not require an account, does not show ads, and contains no in-app purchases.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Device location

  • What: Your device's geographic coordinates.
  • Why: To show you the trash cans and konbini nearest to you, calculate walking distance, and center the map on your position. If you choose to submit a new bin or report on an existing one, your location is used to pre-fill the coordinates of that submission.
  • How: Location is read only while the App is open and in the foreground (or, on some devices, briefly while you are actively using a location-dependent screen). Stampath does not collect your location in the background, does not build a history or track of your movements, and does not use your location for advertising or analytics of any kind.
  • Where it is stored: Your live location is processed only on your device to render the map. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers, except for the specific coordinates you deliberately include when you submit or report a bin (see 1.2).
  • Your control: Location permission is optional. If you deny it, or your device cannot provide a location, Stampath falls back to a default view of the Tokyo Station area and lets you search or browse manually.

1.2 Bin submissions and reports (user-generated content)

When you choose to add a new bin/konbini to the map, or report that an existing one is "still there" or "gone", we collect and send to our server:

  • The bin's coordinates (latitude/longitude).
  • The bin attributes you select (e.g. type of bin, location description).
  • An optional free-text name or note you choose to type.
  • An anonymous, on-device generated identifier ("device ID"). This identifier is not your name, email address, phone number, advertising ID, or account — it is a random value used solely to detect spam and abusive submissions (e.g. the same device repeatedly submitting false reports).

This information is sent to and processed by our backend, which runs on Cloudflare Workers, at https://binradar-ugc.ryo-861.workers.dev.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information, because Stampath has no user accounts or sign-in.

1.3 Information we do not collect

Stampath contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not collect contacts, photos, browsing history, precise device identifiers linked to your identity, or any data beyond what is described above.

2. Legal bases for processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions with similar laws, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Using your foreground device location to show nearby bins on the map, and using the anonymous device identifier to prevent spam/abuse of the crowdsourced map. We consider this processing to be within your reasonable expectations, minimal in scope, and necessary for the App's core function.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Where your device or operating system requires an explicit permission prompt (e.g. iOS/Android location permission), your grant of that permission is your consent, and you may withdraw it at any time in your device settings.
  • Contract / provision of a requested service (Art. 6(1)(b)): When you affirmatively choose to submit or report a bin, we process the submitted data because it is necessary to provide that specific feature you requested.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How bin data is used and shared

Bin locations and attributes that users submit become part of the shared, public map dataset used by all Stampath users (similar to how OpenStreetMap works), because the purpose of a crowdsourced bin map is for it to be visible to other travelers.

  • Submitted bin coordinates, attributes, and any free-text name/note are treated as content contributed to a shared public dataset, not as private personal data about you. They are not published together with your name, email, or any directly identifying information, because we do not collect those.
  • The anonymous device identifier is used only for spam/abuse moderation and is not displayed publicly, sold, or shared with advertisers.
  • Map data in Stampath also incorporates data from OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL), combined with our own field surveys.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

4. Retention

  • Submitted bin data (coordinates, attributes, free-text notes): Retained indefinitely as part of the public map dataset, in the same way a map correction or a crowdsourced map entry persists so future travelers benefit from it. If you want a specific submission removed or corrected, contact us (Section 7) and we will review and act on your request, including removing associated identifiers where feasible.
  • Anonymous device identifier: Retained only as long as reasonably necessary for spam/abuse prevention, and is not used for any other purpose.
  • Live location data: Not retained by us at all beyond the moment it is used on-device to render the map or pre-fill a submission, except for the coordinates you explicitly submit as described above.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent (e.g. by revoking location permission in your device settings).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because Stampath has no accounts, we generally cannot identify which submissions came from you unless you tell us the details (e.g. approximate location, date/time, and content of a submission) so we can locate it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 7.

6. Children's privacy

Stampath is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Stampath has no accounts, no chat features, and no way for us to knowingly identify a child user. If you believe a child has submitted data to Stampath, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.

7. Third-party map providers

  • On iOS, Stampath uses Apple Maps to render the map. Your interactions with the map may be subject to Apple's own privacy practices.
  • On Android, Stampath uses Google Maps, and your use of the map is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to this Policy.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and our backend. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we do not collect the kinds of sensitive data (accounts, payment details, precise identity information) that would make Stampath a high-risk target.

9. International data transfers

Our backend runs on Cloudflare's global network. Data you submit may be processed in data centers located outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms provided by our infrastructure providers) for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Stampath（以下「本アプリ」「当方」）は、訪日外国人旅行者が日本国内で最寄りのゴミ箱（公共ゴミ箱）やコンビニエンスストア（コンビニ）を見つけて安全にゴミを捨てられるようにするための無料アプリです。あわせて、現地マナーをまとめた「サバイバルガイド」も提供します。本ポリシーでは、当方が収集するデータの内容、目的、および利用者の権利について説明します。

Stampathはアカウント登録が不要で、広告も表示せず、アプリ内課金もありません。

1. 収集するデータ

1.1 端末の位置情報

  • 内容： お使いの端末の地理座標（緯度・経度）。
  • 目的： 現在地に最も近いゴミ箱・コンビニを表示し、徒歩距離を計算し、地図の中心を現在地に合わせるため。新しいゴミ箱の投稿や既存のゴミ箱に関する報告を行う際には、その位置情報を投稿内容の座標として初期入力するために使用します。
  • 取得方法： 位置情報はアプリを開いてフォアグラウンドで利用している間のみ取得します（端末によっては、位置情報を使う画面を操作している間に限られる場合もあります）。Stampathはバックグラウンドで位置情報を収集することはなく、移動履歴や行動記録を作成することもなく、広告目的やアクセス解析目的で位置情報を利用することも一切ありません。
  • 保存先： リアルタイムの位置情報は地図表示のために端末上でのみ処理され、当方のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。ただし、利用者が自らの意思でゴミ箱を投稿・報告する際に含める座標情報（1.2参照）は例外です。
  • 利用者による制御： 位置情報の許可は任意です。許可しない場合、または端末が位置情報を取得できない場合、Stampathは東京駅周辺のデフォルト表示に切り替わり、手動での検索・閲覧が可能です。

1.2 ゴミ箱の投稿・報告（ユーザー生成コンテンツ）

利用者が新しいゴミ箱・コンビニを地図に追加したり、既存のゴミ箱について「まだある」「なくなった」と報告したりする際、当方は以下の情報を収集し、サーバーへ送信します。

  • ゴミ箱の座標（緯度・経度）
  • 選択されたゴミ箱の属性情報（種類、設置場所の説明など）
  • 利用者が任意で入力する自由記述の名称・メモ
  • 端末上で生成される匿名の識別子（「デバイスID」）。この識別子は氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・広告ID・アカウント情報のいずれでもなく、スパムや不正投稿（同一端末による虚偽報告の繰り返しなど）を検知するためだけに使用するランダムな値です。

これらの情報は、Cloudflare Workers上で稼働する当方のバックエンド（https://binradar-ugc.ryo-861.workers.dev）に送信・処理されます。

Stampathにはアカウント登録・ログイン機能が存在しないため、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・アカウント情報は一切収集しません。

1.3 収集しない情報

Stampathにはアクセス解析SDK、広告SDK、第三者トラッキング機能は一切組み込まれていません。連絡先、写真、閲覧履歴、利用者個人を特定できる精密な端末識別子など、上記以外の情報を収集することはありません。

2. 処理の法的根拠（GDPR対応）

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、および類似の法律が適用される地域の利用者については、GDPR第6条に基づき以下の法的根拠に依拠します。

  • 正当な利益（第6条1項(f)）： フォアグラウンドでの端末位置情報を用いて近隣のゴミ箱を表示すること、および匿名デバイスIDを用いてクラウドソース地図の不正利用を防止すること。これらの処理は利用者の合理的な期待の範囲内であり、必要最小限であり、本アプリの中核機能に不可欠と考えています。
  • 同意（第6条1項(a)）： 端末やOSが明示的な許可（iOS/Androidの位置情報許可など）を求める場合、その許可はお客様の同意にあたり、端末の設定からいつでも撤回できます。
  • 契約の履行・要求されたサービスの提供（第6条1項(b)）： 利用者が自発的にゴミ箱の投稿・報告を行う場合、当該機能を提供するために必要な範囲で送信データを処理します。

当方は、法的またはそれに類する重大な影響を及ぼす自動意思決定やプロファイリングを行うために利用者データを使用することはありません。

3. ゴミ箱データの利用・共有方法

利用者が投稿したゴミ箱の位置・属性情報は、OpenStreetMapと同様の仕組みで、すべてのStampath利用者が閲覧できる共有の公開地図データセットの一部となります。クラウドソース型のゴミ箱地図は、他の旅行者に見えることそのものが目的だからです。

  • 投稿された座標・属性・自由記述の名称/メモは、利用者個人に関する非公開情報としてではなく、共有の公開データセットへの貢献コンテンツとして扱われます。氏名・メールアドレスなど個人を直接特定できる情報とあわせて公開されることはありません（そもそも収集していないためです）。
  • 匿名デバイスIDはスパム・不正利用の防止目的にのみ使用され、公開表示されることも、広告主等の第三者に販売・提供されることもありません。
  • Stampathの地図データには、OpenStreetMapコントリビューターによる情報（Open Database License（ODbL）の下で提供）と、当方独自の現地調査データが組み合わされています。
  • 当方が利用者データを販売することはありません。データブローカーや広告主と共有することもありません。

4. データの保持期間

  • 投稿されたゴミ箱データ（座標・属性・自由記述メモ）： 将来の旅行者の役に立つよう、公開地図データセットの一部として無期限に保持されます。特定の投稿の削除・修正を希望する場合は、第7項の連絡先までご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、関連する識別子の削除を含め、可能な範囲で対応します。
  • 匿名デバイスID： スパム・不正利用防止のために合理的に必要な期間のみ保持し、それ以外の目的には使用しません。
  • リアルタイムの位置情報： 地図表示・投稿内容の初期入力のために端末上で使用される瞬間を除き、当方側では一切保持しません（上記の通り、利用者が明示的に投稿した座標情報を除きます）。

5. 利用者の権利

お住まいの地域によっては、以下の権利を有する場合があります。

  • 当方が保有する個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除を求める権利
  • 特定の処理に対する異議申立て・制限を求める権利
  • 同意の撤回（端末設定での位置情報許可の取り消しなど）
  • お住まいの地域のデータ保護当局への苦情申立て

Stampathにはアカウント制度がないため、投稿の詳細（おおよその位置、日時、投稿内容など）をお知らせいただかない限り、どの投稿が利用者本人によるものかを特定できない場合があります。上記の権利を行使される場合は、第7項の連絡先までご連絡ください。

6. 児童のプライバシー

Stampathは児童を対象としたアプリではなく、16歳未満（またはお住まいの地域で定められたデジタル同意年齢未満）の児童から意図的に個人データを収集することはありません。Stampathにはアカウント機能やチャット機能がなく、当方が児童の利用者を意図的に識別する手段もありません。児童がStampathにデータを投稿したと思われる場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。速やかに削除いたします。

7. 第三者の地図提供者

  • iOS版では地図表示にApple マップを使用しています。地図の操作に関してはAppleのプライバシー方針が適用される場合があります。
  • Android版ではGoogle マップを使用しており、地図のご利用については本ポリシーに加えてGoogleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

8. セキュリティ

アプリとバックエンド間の通信については、業界標準の対策（HTTPS/TLSによる暗号化通信）を講じています。完全に安全な通信・保存方法は存在しませんが、Stampathはアカウント情報や決済情報、精密な本人特定情報といった高リスクなデータを取り扱っていません。

9. 国際的なデータ移転

当方のバックエンドはCloudflareのグローバルネットワーク上で稼働しています。投稿されたデータは、お住まいの国（EEA/英国を含む）以外に所在するデータセンターで処理される場合があります。必要な場合には、標準契約条項など、インフラ提供者が用意する適切な保護措置に依拠します。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

新機能の追加や法令改正等に伴い、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定時には、上記の発効日を更新します。改定後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、改定内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。

Stampath Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stampath mobile application ("Stampath", "the App"), provided by Ryoichi Sasaki ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Stampath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Stampath is

Stampath is a free app that helps international travelers in Japan locate the nearest public trash can (garbage bin) and konbini (convenience store), and provides general etiquette guidance for visitors. Stampath is free to use, contains no advertising, and offers no in-app purchases. No account or sign-in is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Stampath. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Stampath with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. User-generated content and license grant

Stampath lets users voluntarily submit new bin/konbini locations and report whether existing entries are still accurate ("User Content"). User Content may include bin coordinates, selected attributes, and an optional free-text name or note.

By submitting User Content, you:

  • Represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • Grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, publish, and otherwise use and redistribute your User Content, in whole or in part, for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Stampath and any related or successor mapping services;
  • Acknowledge and agree that this license includes the right for us to release, publish, or redistribute your User Content under open-data-compatible licensing terms (for example, terms similar to or compatible with the Open Database License used by OpenStreetMap), so that the shared bin map can be freely reused by the community, other applications, and researchers, consistent with how crowdsourced mapping data is customarily shared;
  • Understand that once published, User Content becomes part of a shared public dataset and may be copied, cached, or redistributed by others before any correction or removal request is processed.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content, but the license above is necessary for a crowdsourced map to function and to remain useful to the community over time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent bin/konbini data, or repeatedly submit reports intended to disrupt the map's accuracy for other users;
  • Submit content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that infringes the rights of any third party;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the App or our backend services;
  • Use the App for any purpose other than its intended purpose of finding trash disposal locations and related travel information;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our anti-abuse or spam-prevention measures (including the anonymous device identifier described in the Privacy Policy).

We may remove User Content, and may limit or terminate access to submission features for any device or user, at our discretion, if we believe these Terms have been violated.

5. No warranty; accuracy of map data

STAMPATH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In particular, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Bin, konbini, and other location data shown in Stampath is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors, our own field surveys, and crowdsourced user submissions, and may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong. A bin shown on the map may have been removed, moved, or may never have existed at that location.
  • Etiquette and "Survival Guide" information is provided as general guidance only and is not a substitute for posted signage, local regulations, or instructions from property owners or authorities, which always take precedence.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the presence and appropriateness of any disposal location before using it, for exercising your own judgment, and for complying with all applicable local laws, rules, and posted instructions regarding waste disposal.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any fines, penalties, citations, or other consequences arising from littering, improper waste disposal, use of a trash receptacle not intended for public use, or reliance on inaccurate or outdated map data shown in Stampath.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the App, which, given Stampath is free, is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Third-party map services

Stampath displays maps using Apple Maps (iOS) or Google Maps (Android), depending on your device's platform. Your use of these map services is additionally subject to Apple's and Google's respective terms of service. Map data also incorporates OpenStreetMap contributions, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL); attribution to OpenStreetMap contributors is provided within the App.

8. Intellectual property

Aside from User Content and third-party map data described above, the Stampath app, its design, and its original content are owned by Ryoichi Sasaki and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App itself except as permitted by the platform's standard app store terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it (including submission features for a specific device), at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; since Stampath has no accounts, there is no account to delete.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ryoichi Sasaki is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Ryoichi Sasaki（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Stampath」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。

1. Stampathとは

Stampathは、訪日外国人旅行者が日本国内で最寄りのゴミ箱（公共ゴミ箱）やコンビニエンスストア（コンビニ）を見つけられるよう支援する無料アプリで、一般的なマナーガイダンスも提供します。本アプリの利用は無料であり、広告表示やアプリ内課金はありません。アカウント登録・ログインも不要です。

2. 利用資格

本アプリを利用するには、お住まいの地域の法律上、拘束力のある契約を締結できる能力が必要です。お住まいの地域における成年年齢に達していない場合は、保護者の関与のもとでのみ本アプリをご利用いただけます。

3. ユーザー生成コンテンツとライセンス許諾

Stampathでは、利用者が任意で新しいゴミ箱・コンビニの位置情報を投稿したり、既存の登録情報が正確かどうかを報告したりできます（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）。ユーザーコンテンツには、ゴミ箱の座標、選択された属性、任意で入力する自由記述の名称・メモが含まれる場合があります。

ユーザーコンテンツを投稿することにより、利用者は以下に同意するものとします。

  • 当該コンテンツを投稿する権利を有しており、知る限り正確な内容であることを表明すること。
  • 当方に対し、ユーザーコンテンツの全部または一部を、本アプリおよび関連・後継のマッピングサービスの運営・改善・宣伝のために、ホスティング、保存、複製、表示、頒布、翻案、公開、その他の方法で利用・再配布する全世界的、永続的、取消不能、無償、非独占的、再許諾可能なライセンスを許諾すること。
  • 当該ライセンスには、コミュニティ・他のアプリケーション・研究者が自由に再利用できるよう、クラウドソース型地図データが慣例的に共有される方法と整合的な形で、当方がユーザーコンテンツをオープンデータと互換性のあるライセンス条件のもとで（例：OpenStreetMapが採用するOpen Database Licenseと同種または互換性のある条件）公開・頒布・再配布する権利が含まれることを了承し、同意すること。
  • 一度公開されたユーザーコンテンツは共有の公開データセットの一部となり、訂正・削除の要請が処理される前に、第三者によって複製・キャッシュ・再配布される場合があることを理解すること。

当方はユーザーコンテンツの所有権を主張するものではありませんが、上記のライセンスは、クラウドソース型の地図として機能し、長期にわたりコミュニティにとって有用であり続けるために必要なものです。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。

  • 虚偽・誤解を招く・名誉毀損に当たる・不正なゴミ箱/コンビニ情報を投稿すること、または他の利用者にとっての地図の正確性を損なう目的で報告を繰り返すこと。
  • 違法、わいせつ、憎悪的な内容、または第三者の権利を侵害する内容を投稿すること。
  • 本アプリまたは当方のバックエンドサービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、大規模なスクレイピングを試みること、またはその運用・セキュリティ・完全性を妨害すること。
  • ゴミ捨て場所の検索および関連する旅行情報の取得という本来の目的以外の目的で本アプリを利用すること。
  • 当方の不正利用・スパム防止措置（プライバシーポリシーに記載する匿名デバイスIDを含む）を回避し、または回避を試みること。

当方は、本規約への違反があると判断した場合、独自の裁量により、ユーザーコンテンツを削除し、特定の端末・利用者による投稿機能へのアクセスを制限または停止することがあります。

5. 保証の否認、地図データの正確性について

Stampathは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害についての黙示の保証を含め、明示・黙示・法定を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。

特に、利用者は以下の点を理解し、同意するものとします。

  • 本アプリに表示されるゴミ箱・コンビニ等の位置情報は、OpenStreetMapのコントリビューター、当方独自の現地調査、およびクラウドソースによる利用者投稿に基づくものであり、不正確、古い情報、不完全、または誤りである可能性があります。地図上に表示されるゴミ箱が撤去済み・移設済みであったり、そもそも実在しなかったりする場合があります。
  • マナー・「サバイバルガイド」情報は一般的な参考情報として提供されるものであり、掲示されている表示、現地の規則、または施設所有者・当局からの指示に優先するものではなく、それらが常に優先されます。
  • ゴミ捨て場所の存在・妥当性を利用前に確認し、自らの判断で行動し、ゴミ捨てに関する適用法令・規則・掲示された指示を遵守する責任は、利用者自身にあります。

6. 責任の制限

適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、

  • 当方は、ポイ捨て、不適切なゴミ処理、公共利用を意図しないゴミ箱の利用、またはStampathに表示される不正確・古い地図データへの依拠に起因する罰金、科料、違反通告その他の結果について一切責任を負いません。
  • 当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因または関連する間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害、またはデータの損失について責任を負いません。
  • 本規約または本アプリに起因または関連する当方の総責任額は、利用者が本アプリの利用に対して当方に支払った金額を上限とします。Stampathは無料であるため、当該金額はゼロとなります。

一部の地域では責任制限の一部が認められない場合があり、その場合、上記の制限の一部が適用されないことがあります。

7. 第三者の地図サービス

Stampathは、お使いの端末のプラットフォームに応じて、Apple マップ（iOS）またはGoogle マップ（Android）を用いて地図を表示します。これらの地図サービスの利用については、本規約に加えて、Apple社およびGoogle社それぞれの利用規約が適用されます。地図データにはOpenStreetMapのコントリビューションが組み込まれており、Open Database License（ODbL）のもとでライセンスされています。OpenStreetMapコントリビューターへの表示（アトリビューション）はアプリ内で行われます。

8. 知的財産権

上記のユーザーコンテンツおよび第三者の地図データを除き、Stampathアプリ、そのデザイン、およびオリジナルコンテンツはRyoichi Sasakiが保有し、適用される知的財産関連法令により保護されています。プラットフォームの標準的なアプリストア規約で認められる場合を除き、本アプリ自体を複製、改変、頒布、または二次的著作物として作成することはできません。

9. 終了

当方は、いつでも本アプリまたはその一部機能（特定端末の投稿機能を含む）の提供を停止・中止することがあります。利用者は、いつでもアプリをアンインストールすることで利用を終了できます。Stampathにはアカウントが存在しないため、削除すべきアカウントもありません。

10. 準拠法

本規約は、Ryoichi Sasakiの所在地の適用法令に準拠します（法の抵触に関する原則は適用しません）。ただし、利用者の居住地における強行法規である消費者保護法令が別段の定めをする場合は、この限りではありません。

11. 本規約の変更

当方は、本規約を随時改定することがあります。改定時には、上記の発効日を更新します。改定後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、改定内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
